Everything is better with a boob.

Okay guys, I know I won’t get any arguments from you on this topic, but Cooper seems to think everything is better with a boob. We can be on a golf cart ride on a beautiful day by the lake, breeze in the hair, everything is perfect. Cooper will give me that look that says “Mom, this is pretty spectacular, but do you know what would make it even better?” Same thing for playing in the sandbox or working a puzzle together. Even when I carry him to his crib at night he stays latched on until the last second.

It is amazing how boob obsessed this little boy is. Of course, lots of people seem to be obsessed with my boobs these days. If I had a dollar for every time someone asks “Isn’t he weaned yet?” Or “Isn’t he a little old to be nursing?” I could buy lots of baby formula.

I never thought my boobs would be such an important consideration for every one’s nosiness. Hmmm. Not only do they have super human milk producing powers, they also entertain the masses by creating endless opinions about our breastfeeding journey.
